the British authorities have launched an investigation against the aircraft manufacturer Airbus. The allegations relate to “irregularities” in the advice provided by third parties, said the anti-corruption authority Serious Fraud Office (SFO). At issue is the suspicion “of fraud, bribery and corruption in the civil aviation activities of Airbus”.
