Karlsruhe (dpa) – The energy supplier EnBW wants the insolvent wind energy company Prokon take and spend on it a mid three-digit million euro amount. The company filed for an announcement a binding offer to acquire all shares Prokon. The creditors’ committee of the company in Itzehoe in Schleswig-Holstein have EnBW selected as “preferred investor”.
