Berlin (AFP) The long-term development has according to a study growing influence on CEO compensation of the DAX companies. After drawn up by the management consultancy Kienbaum analysis for the “Welt am Sonntag” the proportion of long-term bonuses of 17.6 percent of executive pay rose to 40.5 percent last year in 2008. The long-term bonuses will be paid only after three, five or more years.
