Cologne The advertising marketer Ströer by Deutsche Telekom, the largest German Internet portal T-Online and the the third-largest digital marketers Interactive Media purchased. How Ströer wrote in the early hours of Thursday in an Ad hoc announcement, the value of the transaction amounts to approximately EUR 300 million.

The Telekom will shareholders at Ströer and receive shares in a capital increase against contribution in kind from authorized capital under exclusion of subscription rights. Depending on the share price of the new shares of an investment of an estimated eleven to 13 percent of the increased share capital of Ströer would correspond.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter 2015 and is subject to the approval of the Federal Cartel Office, the report said. Even for the coming year Ströer expects a turnover of around 1 billion euros. Management and Supervisory Board of Ströer intend the Annual General Meeting timely conversion of Ströer SE into a partnership limited by shares (KGaA) propose, it said in the release.
