German Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) has called for the first German-Brazilian intergovernmental consultations in Brasília reliable investment conditions. The Chancellor said the efforts of the Brazilian government well to advance the stalled negotiations on a free trade agreement between the EU and the South American confederation Mercosur.
