Every tenth operation with the the recently introduced pension 63 affected. That comes out from one of the research institute of the Federal Employment Service, the Institute for Employment Research (IAB), published study. In 11.4 percent of the companies at least one employee has been excreted from the scheme or intends to soon.

Workers who have paid at least 45 years into the pension scheme,

may since July 1, 2014 without deductions in the retirement leave. In the first ten months 300,000 workers have made an application to the German Pension Insurance. The IAB predicted until June 2018 a total of 580,000 applications would be made.

But not everyone wants to let go of its operating staff. One in four companies offer flexible working hours, wage increase and bonuses when employees who want to take advantage of the retirement age to 63, to work longer. Many farms – almost every second – trying to fill the vacant jobs were

In the catering industry or the media industry, however, employees are excreted because of the new rules in less than five percent of the company.
