The Cologne Regional Court sentenced on Thursday to former Managing Partners Friedrich Carl Janssen of serious infidelity in two cases to a prison term of two years and ten months. Three other top executives were convicted of serious breach of trust in two cases suspended sentences of between one and eleven months and two years. The Tribunal has been with the judgments under the demands of the prosecutor’s office.
