Berlin (APA / Reuters) – The German government is come in the past year, according to a newspaper report, for the first time in 45 years with no new debts in the federal budget. The “Handelsblatt” reported on Monday in advance of the Financial Statements for 2014 have shown that the so-called “black zero” was achieved a year earlier than planned.
