The energy group Shell dispensed oil exploration licenses for the Canadian Arctic to facilitate the establishment of a marine reserve. The Apply transferred the exploration rights for the polar waters on Wednesday to the Canadian environmental organization Nature Conservancy, which in turn transmitted it to the Government.
