Anti-smoking Uruguay wins in court against Philip Morris – THE WORLD

Montevideo – Known for extremely strict smoking laws State Uruguay has won a six-year trial against the tobacco giant Philip Morris. The International Court of Arbitration ICSID in Washington have rejected the action points of the Group. This was announced by the government.
