Thomas Middelhoff was once one of the most influential managers in Germany – now he is a legally convicted felon and must return to jail , The Federal Court confirmed Middelhoff’s sentence to three years in prison for embezzlement and tax evasion. The Karlsruhe judges rejected his revision as unfounded. When he has to take the adhesive, is still unclear.

The former head of the now bankrupt previous Karstadt parent company Arcandor was sentenced to three years in prison in November 2014 by the Essen District Court because he was private flight charter jets and helicopters and a commemorative wrongly let pay from his former employer.
