After nearly five months in pre-trial detention of former top executive Thomas Middelhoff is taking another attempt to break free from prison. In the District Court eating a fresh application of Middelhoff defender was received on habeas corpus, a court spokesman confirmed. The Court will now consider whether the warrant was put out of prison.
The lawyers had announced the proposal on Tuesday. From the perspective of the defense of the 61-year-old manager is unable way.
