After nearly five months in pre-trial detention of former top executive Thomas Middelhoff is taking another attempt to break free from prison. In the District Court eating a fresh application of Middelhoff defender was received on habeas corpus, a court spokesman confirmed. The Court will now consider whether the warrant was put out of prison.
