Siemens – dispute between Siemens and ex-subsidiary Osram threatens to escalate – Süddeutsche.de

  • A Siemens representatives announced at the general meeting of the ex-subsidiary Osram, the company does not want to relieve their chief.

Siemens seeks the open confrontation with the head of the former lighting subsidiary Osram.
